So now the book is starting to get weird. It's just not the usual stuff I am used to reading so it is really difficult for me to keep focused on the book. In Chapter 3 it talks about how Monica, Catherine and Anita go to the club Guilty Pleasures (club in "the district" somewhat like a vampire strip club!) for Catherine's bacherlorette party. In this chapter it introduces Jean-Claude who was the club owneer and master vampire. Jean Claude and Anita know eachother because of the work she has done with the police to capture vampires. In the club Anita had to take off her cross and she was reluctant; in response Jean-Claude says "This is a place of pleasure Anita not violence." In Chapter 4 Monica shows great interest in the "stripping vampires" Anita acts more disgusted and Catherine is just in total shock. Also in this chaper Anita states how to figure out how old a Vampire is. For example the more human a vampire looks the closer the time is to their death. At one point Monica stuck money down the vampire's (Robert's) pants and they just started making out. (This really kind of creeped me out, and I dont trust Monica what so ever.) At the end of this chapter Anita's beeper gets paged to assist the police at Hillcrest Cemetary and she thankfully gets out of there, however Catherine decides to stay. There is a lot of hostility toward Jean-Claude and Anita when she was leaving
He says, "I almost had you my little animator."
And she replies, "Almost doesn't count you blood-sucking bastard"
